Wallets and Books

One account, several wallets and books: what each is, which chain it lives on, where a deposit lands, and how money moves between them.

One account, several wallets

A TRUE account is not one address. It is a set of wallets the app manages for you, one or more per chain, plus the books you hold on TRUE Exchange. Most “my money is gone” questions are really “my money is on another one of my wallets”, so this page lists every place money can be.

WalletChainWhat it is for
Embedded Solana walletSolanaMinted by the app when you sign up. Your main wallet: swaps, memecoins, staking, deposits to TRUE Exchange.
Connected Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, a deep link)SolanaA wallet you brought yourself and linked to the account. It can be the primary one.
EVM walletBase, Ethereum, Robinhood Chain, BSCOne address on every EVM chain, for tokenised stocks, EVM swaps and EVM deposits.
Autopilot agent walletBase, Ethereum, Robinhood ChainA server-held EVM wallet an Autopilot uses for its EVM lanes. Funded from your Solana session wallet in one pot, returned to it when the lane stops. It is a sub-account of yours, never TRUE’s.
Tron addressTronReceives USDT (TRC-20) and converts it into your Solana balance.

Every wallet of the set shows on the Wallets screen, with its chain and its full address. When you ask an assistant for an address, it names the wallet by its chain and first characters (“your Solana wallet starting with Gh2F”); the full address is on the Wallets screen, where you can copy it.

The books on TRUE Exchange

Money you deposit for perps sits in a book, a venue account with its own USDC balance and margin. You can hold several:

BookWhat it is
MainYour own trading account. Deposits land here.
AutopilotA separate book an Autopilot trades. It is funded from Main by an internal transfer.
Copy tradingThe book your copied positions run in. Funded from Main.
Sub-accountA manual extra book, for keeping strategies apart.

A book only ever moves money to Main and back by internal transfer; a sub-account cannot withdraw to the outside on its own. So a Main balance that reads lower than you expect after a deposit is usually money you moved into a book, and the Wallets screen shows every book with its balance.

A deposit is one on-chain transaction: the money moves and the book is credited together, or nothing moves. It cannot be lost on the way; the only thing that can go wrong is landing on a book you did not intend, which an internal transfer puts right.

Where to look when a balance looks wrong

  1. Wallets screen: every wallet on every chain and every book, with balances. The headline total sums all of them.
  2. Wallets, History: deposits, withdrawals, swaps, bridges and transfers between your own books. Perp opens and closes are positions, not movements, and live on the Trade screen.
  3. Ask the assistant: TRUE AI and Kira read the same set (get_my_wallets, get_account_history) and name the wallet or book beside every number. A balance they cannot read right now is reported as unreadable, never as zero.

Safety

Safety

TRUE never holds a key that can move your money. Withdrawals from a book are signed by you; the platform’s delegate can trade on a book and nothing else. If a screen shows a zero where you expect money, it is a display or session issue until the Wallets screen says otherwise; log out and back in with your main wallet before assuming anything.
