Bonus Hub
Every bonus on TRUE in one place: the Season bonus, deposit matches, volume ladders and the AutoPilot loss cover, with what each asks and pays.
What it is
The Bonus Hub (Rewards, Bonus Hub in the app) lists every bonus programme your account can take part in, each as a card with where you stand. Tap a card for the full detail: what you do, what you get, and the rule that unlocks it.
Every bonus is paid in USDC inside TRUE Exchange, to your main account, not to an on-chain wallet, so there is no transaction to look for on Solscan. It arrives as tradeable balance.
The kinds of bonus

Three rules that decide most questions:
- Levels do not add up. On a ladder the highest level reached pays; the targets are not summed.
- A deposit match counts net deposits inside its window. The window runs from your first deposit (five days on the current Copy Fests), and deposits close before the campaign ends. Withdrawing in the window reduces the counted deposit.
- The Season deposit target has a second gate. Depositing raises your multiplier at once; the USDC at that target is released when your season volume reaches 500 times the target’s deposit bar.
The campaigns running now
Campaigns are time-boxed and some are visible only to the community they were made for (people who arrived through a partner’s referral link). The Hub shows you the ones you can join; a campaign you cannot see is not one you can enter.

Reading your card
- Enrolled: you are in, nothing counted yet.
- Qualified: the deposit or entry condition is met; the unlock condition is still running.
- Unlocked: the bonus is owed and queued for payout.
- Paid: the USDC is in your main account; the card shows the payout.
- Expired: the window closed before the unlock condition was met.
The assistants read your Hub (get_bonus_hub), so “how much more volume do I need” and “when do I get paid” are answered from your own numbers, in chat or on a call.
$TRUE amounts shown on a campaign are token allocations. Everything about the token’s value, launch and delivery is announced on the official channels and on true.foundation; support does not hold a date.
