Glossary

A–Z glossary of every TRUE-specific term used across the documentation.

A

A-Book

A risk model where customer trades are routed straight through to external venues. TRUE uses A-Book passthrough on Tier 1 (major crypto). The opposite of B-Book.

Agentic Trading

Opt-in autonomous execution. Strategies submit intents to SAE under user-set caps; agents cannot raise their own caps. See Agentic Trading.

B

B-Book

A risk model where the platform internalizes customer trades against its own book. TRUE uses B-Book on Tier 3 (memecoins) under tight per-asset exposure caps. See Agentic Trading.

Banxa

Third-party fiat on-ramp partner. Handles KYC for fiat → crypto onboarding. See Swaps.

C

Catalyst

A classified event (listing, regulatory, hack, macro, partnership, unlock) attached to one or more assets. See Event Catalyst.

Decentralized oracle network used as a fallback source in TRUE Quotes’s price stack. See Price Engine.

Circuit-breaker

A 60-second cooldown on a TRUE Quotes price source after two consecutive failovers. While open, TRUE Quotes returns stale-flagged data rather than fabricating fresh prices.

Cleanliness

The third axis of signal scoring. Measures the absence of confounding catalysts in the signal’s horizon window. See Signals.

Conviction

The first axis of signal scoring. A model self-report of confidence — ordinal, not a calibrated probability. See Signals.

D

DARS

Dynamic Agent Response System. The 5-stage pipeline that orchestrates specialist agents on every chat turn. See Agents.

Delegation Gap

A metric introduced by SAE measuring the distance between an agent’s intent and what would have happened on the market without protection. See Agentic Trading.

DIA

Long-tail oracle source used by TRUE Quotes for specialty and RWA feeds. See Price Engine.

Dynamic.xyz

Wallet authentication provider. Verifies wallet signatures and issues short-lived JWTs. See Authentication.

E

Event Catalyst

The TRUE system that ingests, classifies, scores, attributes, and surfaces market-moving events. See Event Catalyst.

H

Highlights

The user-facing form of catalyst events: short, illustrated cards with a CTA, multilingual, time-limited. Authored by the news-agent and curated. See Event Catalyst.

HMAC-SHA256

The signing algorithm used on outbound webhooks. See Webhooks.

I

Invalidation

A price level on a signal that, if breached, marks the signal as wrong. Decision aid, not an order. See Signals.

J

Jupiter

Solana DEX aggregator. The primary routing layer for SPL-to-SPL swaps on TRUE. See Swaps.

M

MCP

Model Context Protocol. The standard tool-call protocol TRUE exposes for external clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Continue, custom). See MCP.

P

Pyth

Push-based first-party oracle. TRUE Quotes’ primary source for majors and mid-caps. See Price Engine.

R

RedStone

Long-tail on-demand oracle source used by TRUE Quotes. See Price Engine.

Reverse-swap detection

The anti-farming mechanism on TRUE Swap. A swap immediately reversed within the protection window does not earn points. See Points & Rewards.

Route plan

The structured description of a swap’s path through DEXs and pools, with per-hop impact and the slippage envelope. The user signs the plan, not the hops. See Swaps.

S

SAE

Survivability-Aware Execution. The middleware that treats every agentic intent as untrusted by default. See Agentic Trading.

Signal

A structured directional read on an asset: side, conviction, horizon, reasons, invalidation, sources. Never an automated trade. See Signals.

Solana

The home chain for TRUE. Wallet identity, swaps, agentic execution. See Swaps.

Staleness budget

The per-asset maximum age a TRUE Quotes quote may have before the source is demoted. Ranges from 2s to 60s. See Price Engine.

T

Tier

A liquidity classification (1–5) that determines a swap’s A-Book / B-Book treatment. See Agentic Trading.

Trust-state

A per-agent reputation value that gates execution latitude under SAE. Earned through clean track record, lost on anomalies. See Agentic Trading.
