Kira

TRUE's AI support assistant: what she can actually do, what she hands to a human, and why she reads your account rather than guessing at it.

What Kira is

Kira is TRUE’s support assistant. Open a ticket in the app and she is who answers first.

She is not a chatbot in front of a FAQ. When you ask where a deposit went, she reads the actual systems of record: the on-chain balance, the venue’s own transfer ledger, which wallets your account owns, whether a withdrawal was signed and broadcast. Then she tells you what she found.

That distinction is the whole product. A support bot that pattern-matches your question against articles will confidently tell you your funds are safe without having looked. Kira looks.

What she can do

  • Answer from your account, not from a template. Balances, positions, trades, points, referrals, deposits and withdrawals, each read live.
  • Trace money. Which wallet it is on, which account owns that wallet, and whether it is reachable by you today. Most “my funds disappeared” tickets are funds sitting in a book the app was not showing, and that is answerable in seconds once someone actually checks.
  • Explain the product. Fees, leverage, how copy trading is funded, why a withdrawal is held.
  • Escalate with the work already done, so the human who picks it up starts from evidence rather than from your question.

What she will not do

Kira never moves money

No refund, no payout, no transfer, no withdrawal approval. She can tell you precisely where your money is and what would move it. The moving is done by a person, deliberately, with a record.

She also will not tell you anything about the $TRUE token that is not already published. No price, no date, no vesting mechanics, no ordering. If it is not on the official announcement channels or true.foundation, TRUE does not have it to give, and a support assistant inventing one would be worse than useless.

Honest about what it is

Kira is signed as TRUE Support, never as a person who does not exist. When she does not know, the answer is that she does not know and what would settle it. When a check comes back contradictory, that gets said rather than smoothed over.

A support answer that sounds confident and is wrong costs more than no answer, because you act on it. That principle is built into how she is allowed to reply.

Getting a human

Ask. Some things need one by design, anything that moves money above all. Escalation does not restart the ticket: the reading Kira already did travels with it.
